Annual Highland Clam Festival – 27th Anniversary Celebration

Highlands, NJ – Food and music lovers will fill the streets at the 27th Annual Highlands Business Partnership’s Clam Festival from August 5 to August 7 at Huddy Park on Bay & Waterwitch Avenues. The popular Clam Fest is a spectacular three-day event, a variety of food trucks, along with other festival favorites including Lions Club Funnel Cakes, and the Highlands Fire Department BBQ tent. Entry and parking are free, and the event takes place in the rain or in the sun.

The 27th annual clam festival will feature a beer, wine, and sangria garden on the corner of Waterwitch and Bay Avenues with portions of Waterwitch and Bay Avenues closed to street traffic to accommodate rides, games, children’s activities, specialty vendors and food trucks.

On Friday, August 5th, Clamfest hours are 6:00 – 11:00 pm and Soul Seduction will take the stage from 6:00 – 10:00 pm.

On Saturday, August 6, the festival kicks off at noon, with local festival favorites, Raw Vinyl on stage at 1:00 p.m. and Motor City Revue from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. The Highlands will celebrate the 27th anniversary of Clam Fest with a fireworks display at Snug Harbor Beach. The fireworks display is proudly sponsored by Valley Bank, Solar Me, Karin Busichio and BHHS Fox & Roach Realtors, produced by Serpico Pyrotechnics. Fireworks will start at 10:00 pm.

Clam Feast hours are Sunday, August 7, from 12:00 to 8:00 p.m. Jonzes will take the clam festival stage at 3pm
