Month-long October Celebration features limited-time activations, festive flavors, and tricks or treats
Ice cream, you scream, we all scream for the ultimate Halloween! In honor of the holiday, the Museum of Ice Cream New York will transform into the Museum of I-Scream, showcasing the most shocking and unexpected tricks and the sweetest and most magical treats. From September 30 to October 31, 2022, ghosts of all ages and tastes will grab their costumes and leave the world behind to rediscover what it’s like to be a kid again. Visitors to I-Scream will receive an ice cream mask and a bag of treats to collect unlimited candies as they melt into a world of pink skeletons, happy pumpkins and legendary games, tricks and treats limited time!
Visitors picking up tickets will be welcomed into the I-Scream apothecary lab to meet the mad scientists behind MOIC’s pumpkin spice soft serve, and all the spooky recipes to try along the way. Trick or treat cauldrons will give guests the chance to treat themselves and fill their candy basket, or solve a puzzle to earn an extra special reward. Kids and adult children will connect on trick or treat gelato balls by choosing a sweet treat or delight their senses in a spooky ball to guess the flavor of the trick! Ghosts and ghouls will enjoy special creations, like a candy corn popsicle, hard scoops with honey toppings, and an ice cream ‘tomb’ station – as they seek to uncover their destiny I-Scream of the Teller fortune telling MOIC. For the icing on the cake of the festivities, visitors can order a Witches Brew cocktail or take part in a Monster Mash dance party in the famous Sprinkle Pool, complete with a misty pink graveyard and a soundtrack of Halloween greatest hits. With tricks and treats around every corner, there’s no better place than the Museum of I-Scream to indulge and spooky this Halloween season!
To celebrate the holidays, the Museum of I-Scream will be giving away exclusive extra treats, just for the holidays! Customers can choose between a Sprinkle Pool Halloween sundae with spooky candy for $18 or a chocolate pumpkin milkshake for $14.
The Museum of Ice Cream New York is located at 558 Broadway and is open Monday and Thursday 11am-7pm, Friday 11am-8:30pm, Saturday 10am-8:30pm, and Sunday 10am-7:30pm.
