Milk Based Coffee Recipes – Social News XYZ

Healthy Honey Coffee Smoothie


shot of espresso
100ml milk
2 teaspoons of honey
60 ml of soy cream
1 ripe banana, frozen
1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
4 ice cubes


Mix the coffee and honey with the water and stir.

Pour the brewed coffee, cream, bananas, syrup and ice cubes into the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and drizzle with a little chocolate syrup if desired.

Blueberry Honey Coffee Smoothie


shot of espresso
150ml chilled milk
2 teaspoons of honey
100g fresh blueberries
50g rolled oats
4 ice cubes


Combine coffee, milk, oats, blueberries and honey in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and garnish with a few whole blueberries.

Mocha Marshmallows


shot of espresso
20ml milk
5-6 marshmallows
2 tablespoons caramel sauce
Whipped cream
2 tablespoons chocolate sauce


Take a shot of espresso in a cup.

If you’re making it in coffee, just froth the milk like a latte, heat the milk or cream in the microwave until hot but not boiling (about 30 seconds).

Add espresso and mix well with chocolate sauce and caramel sauce.

Fill the cup with hot, frothy milk. Add a generous amount of whipped cream.

Drizzle with plenty of chocolate sauce and top with marshmallows.

Almond Cinnamon Cappuccino


shot of espresso
150ml almond milk
Cinnamon powder
Nutmeg (just for taste)
sugar to taste

Take a shot of espresso and starch it with hot water, filling the cup halfway.

Steam and froth the almond milk until doubled in volume.

Pour it like a Cappuccino, Sprinkle over a pinch of cinnamon and very little nutmeg. Enjoy.

Red Velvet Latte


shot of espresso
350ml milk
20g milk/white chocolate
10ml vanilla syrup
A few drops of red food coloring
Whipped cream
White chocolate shavings (Garnish)


Take a shot of espresso in a glass cup, add the chocolate and stir to melt it.

Add a drop of food coloring and mix.

Pour in steam and frothed milk like a cappuccino.

Mix two drops of food coloring into the soy cream and whip it.

Pour a generous amount of whipped cream over the cappuccino.

Sprinkle with a few shavings of white chocolate.

Indian Spicy Mocha

shot of espresso
180ml milk
15ml chocolate sauce
Cinnamon powder
Ground cardamom
Ground nutmeg

Steam and froth the milk.

Take a shot of espresso in a cup, add chocolate sauce and ground spices to your espresso.

Pour in the hot milk and just like the latte. Enjoy.
