Welcome fall with this butternut squash soup recipe

It’s fall!

Anything but, anyway. Fall officially begins on Thursday, and that means brightly colored leaves, pumpkin spice lattes, and soup season.

Soup is all that goes well with the world. It can be made in large batches, it can be a side dish or a full meal, it comes in a variety of flavors, and even using the same recipe, no two soups are the same. .

I love that there are so many different kinds of soups – from smooth and creamy to thick and satisfying, there’s a soup for everyone.
